Hi all!

I want to upgrade but I do not have paypal and do not have a bank account. When I click to upgrade it brings to a login page where I have to log in or sign up - there is no pay with card option like help says (I have a visa prepaid card that I want to use) so is there no other way to upgrade? Thank you for input

I believe your best bet would be to create a PayPal account, link it to your pre-paid credit card, then try to upgrade using PayPal that way.

We unfortunately don't have any other way of doing payment transactions.
