So Fare and I are having Mr. Punch, 2025 Mascot Runner-up and Skippa Sally retirement bred with a twinning potion and a breed boost on Sunday, July 6th. We will obviously be keeping one of the foals!

But we thought it would be fun to host a little Standardbred training contest to see who gets the other foal rather than just selling to the highest bidder again.

Rules will be basically like the Unicorn Embassy Training Contest that Moorf is currently hosting. Only a shorter timeframe and one pair of Standardbreds per player. You may have more than one pair if you wish, but please mark which pair you want to be counted for the purpose of this contest as only one pair per player will be considered come judging time. But you can train your Standardbred pair in whatever method tickles your fancy (tickets, private shows, club shows, public shows, hpp trade-in for points, etc)! However, to keep it fair and unbiased, you can not purchase training tickets from Fare or myself since we are hosting the contest. And whoever's pair has the most points by the time the twins turn 3 years old (so a 3 week training contest), wins one of them.

Using Mango's baby calculator, this is what the offspring to win will look like:

Using a breeding boost, your baby will be born with 1,003,545 points.
Your baby will have 1,050,545 points with its awards:

For those who don't win this magnificent foal, I will do one of three things:

1. purchase your Standardbred pair (if you don't wish to keep them and continue the breed yourself - which obviously is preferred as mine and Fare's goal for this is to increase the breed's presence on HP), 

2. if you do decide to keep your pair and continue the breed, then I will make you a free default Standardbred image for your horse's pages (any style, complexity, design - you just tell me what you want), OR

3. a free simple layout code (meaning most likely scrolls or expands).
