I've been meaning to ask this for like a month now lol.

Out of curiousity...how does everyone create their public shows every week? Do you always create them for the same number of days ahead? Do all your accounts have theirs created for all on the same day or do you mix it up?

Basically...what's your method?

Bump but also this is what I do:

I have a notepad where every Sunday before I start creating my shows, I do a search for each date this week for horses, then each day for dogs, and write out how many pages there are for each. When I create mine, I try to choose days that have less pages, to try to level it out so each day has approximately the same number, by the time I'm done.

Example of this week on my notepad:

28-15-14
----------
29-12-12
30-12-12
31-19-19
1-15-15
2-14-14
3-23-23

(first number is the date, second is # of horse show pages, third is # of dog show pages). Then after I go through 10-20 accounts of mine creating shows, I check again and change up the number of days ahead to another one to further level things out. 

The 28th is separate from the rest because it's tomorrow, so I can't create shows for that short a time away. That one is more for when I'm entering my horses and dogs into their publics, I know which days shows are more likely to be flooded due to having less public shows.

I don't really have a routine for creating my shows, I used to make them all run on one day, but starting today, I changed up the way I do things, I've started making my dog shows run on a certain day and then i make my horse shows for another day.

My private shows are set to run on the same day of the week. I set both of my private horse and dog shows to run for (9 days) when i make them on sundays and they're always set to run on Tuesdays. 

However, I am thinking that I will be starting a routine from here on out and I'll search the number of shows before I make them that way I can hopefully try to avoid my shows being mixed among other players shows cuz i'm not really a fan when all my shows aren't all together in a list. 

tbh I usually just set them up every sunday for 7 days public shows, 11 for private (so they're set for the week ahead)

I usually go through all my accounts on Sundays to collect paychecks and create shows for the week. I've never put that much thought into it, honestly. More just done it all at once so to save time from not having to go through all my accounts multiple times or miss an account without making its shows.

I create my private shows for 5 days until my Friday is full. Then finish the rest of the accounts for 12 days to run the next Friday.

The public show, like I said, I just do at the sane time. Set one horse and one dog for 7 days, then the second horse and second dog for 4 days. My 5 basics, the shows get created later in the week but they're still set for 7 days out or 4 days out.

I have a set schedule for all of mine each week. 

Public Shows: 
 - made each sunday and set for 11 days (I had previously searched and found that Thursdays tended to have less shows. Especially if you were training late, so I do a whole week in advance). 

Private Shows:
 - made each sunday to run each Saturday; 6 days later
 - accepted each Tuesday/Wednesday. 

I stick to this schedule to ensure I don't mess things up lol.

It is super interesting to see how everyone else does it! 

I normally make mine and others' that I look after on Sundays as I'm going through collecting bank and making private shows. Saves me some time doing everything at once vs doing one thing one pass around then having to go back through to do another pass through accounts. 

I match days with the private shows. So if I have say 12 private shows on Saturdays I'll do the double publics to make them also run on Saturdays. Keeps everything looking tidy in my mind. xD

With Mystery Show accounts especially, we have 20 privates each day, so 40 publics running Wednesdays through Sundays with extra shows running on Tuesdays. That way we cover most of the days and each day has the same amount of shows running from our end.

I have noticed lately that Thursdays & Sundays are the days with the most pages of public shows running. Like 20plus pages or so. 

i create my private shows (10 with one of my upgrades on standbye incase i miss a show or two and need to fill some holes in my project pairs schedule) on sundays to run on tuesday/ or wednesday (depending on my workload that week) because my project pair has shows thurs-fri-sat so this gets them out of the way. i'll create my publics at the same time, but honeslty i do kind of play loose and fast with my own private shows xD

I just scatter mine and make them run on different days to try to keep it all even

It depends on the week! I try to do it every Sunday and just have them set at 7 days, but when it turns into a crazy work week they're just all over as I train accounts xD Insom has been putting up shows lately with work being insane so she's on it. 

I dont put much thought into mine but I try not to make them on Friday-Sunday as my privates named 'arzu private' are those days and my publics end up popping up (bc they also start with arzu) and I enter them by mistake xD so usually I set them at 10 days as long as that doesn't fall on fri-sun. I never even thought about the days with less shows. I either train with all private shows or enter all bc im always stupid busy and dont have time to pick through public shows xD I wish I could sometimes though! Maybe I will start taking a peak at which days are less before I start to make them.

I log in and create my public shows for 4 days so that way when I log in to accept my private shows, I don't have to look at a super long list of shows to click through

I automatically set public shows for 10 days from whatever day i set them to generate more income and aim to set private shows on a Friday but that might vary. Example - I only do 1 dog breed so while pups are not a trainable age i will set privates for as far ahead so they don't go to waste. 

I usually make my shows from 8-14 days ahead. So I log into an account, make shoes for 8 days. Log out, into next accouny, make them for day 9, log out. I do this all the way up to 14, then I go backwards. And I keep doing this until I am all done.

Though to be honest most often my ADHD kicks in and I forget to make them entirely. XD

idk . Jaya sets my shows because she uses the dog ones and city and uta us most of the horse ones. but jaya offen helps them. so it easyer for her to set them lol .. i do the letting in to the shows for the most part. if i cant jaya does. but it seems jaya sets some per day from what i can see
