Graphics Auctions

I accepted a bid on a graphic and the player who bought it no longer has the money to afford it, and there was no information included (name and number of the horse) for me to add to the picture and re-upload. It won't let me cancel the auction, and the player had not responded to my messages, how do I go about solving this issue so that I don't get fined?

1,338 Posts 		If you finalize the auction, you will still get paid, as the money is moved out of their account as soon as you accept the bid, and then to your account when you finalize.For now, I'd send the graphic to them blank and say you'd be happy to add the name/id number etc. for them if they like.Feel free to message me if you need more help :)
