Hello everyone! I like this picture a lot and am looking for a graphic designer who can smooth it out and make it a little more whimsical looking for me for use as my main's layout image.

I would also prefer to have shading into a color on the bottom, preferably not green or yellow though as I do not want that as my background color. Maybe the pink from the dog tag? No need for added text, just the necessary credit, preferably in an inconspicuous place but still obviously there (:
