Anybody Want to Help Start a Forum Project?

We already have a wonderful community of players and resources on HMF, but all of the most helpful information is scattered and strewn across different topics and replies. My idea: A completely up-to-date active website/forum/organization connecting any player from newbies to well-known players to mods with all of the valuable and helpful information needed to successfully play this game to the best of their ability. Possible features: - A forum to ask for more specific help and/or make suggestions and/or requests - An easy-to-find URL that could possibly be linked directly from HP - Advice on training, shows, breeding, etc. - List of extremely active players - List of extremely helpful players - List of trusted, established service providers of all kinds - Links to GREAT tutorials for stock, manips, etc. To get to the questions: Would you like to see something like this come about? [would you join, be active, participate and USE something like this?] Would you like to be a part of this idea? [would you be willing to help the project by donating, helping monitor the site, contributing, etc.] Please explain your answer! [why would you/wouldn't you..?] Basically, I think there needs to be an updated version of the HP Source that keeps up with all of the new updates, etc. Suggestions/Comments/Feedback? The HP forums are up to date, easy to find and helpful...

I think making a different forum would probably just make things confusing, since we already have the official HP forum /on/ hp.. I mean you're welcome to make it if you want to, but I don't think I'd join, just because we already have an active, easy to access forum..

I agree..I never stay active on other sites that are meant for a specific site...I'd rather just talk to the people on the actual site.

I just want to note that nothing that's not run by HP's staff will be officially linked! It's too much for us to keep track of. But you're welcome to do this if you want to, I'm sure there are people who would be interested.

Or, on the other hand, if you want to do that kind of stuff here on this forum, we can pin posts and such for you! It would be easier for new players to have access to the information if it was on HP's actual forum instead of a secondary site.
