Deleting Posts In Chat

I have no idea if this is even possible, but it'd be nice if we could delete our posts in the chat. For example, if you post 'selling horse tickets, 350k' or something along those lines and then you sold the tickets. With a delete button, you could just remove that post from view, that way you won't receive a load of pm's about the tickets. Just a thought.

I disagree, because I think people would take advantage of it to flood or to post inappropriate content.Sad, but the acts of the unfortunate few need to be taken into account. |

Yeah, and if you message a mod and ask them to delete it, if they're online they probably will. |

When people post in BA saying that their whatever is now sold, I try and delete the posts, when I have time/when I see it.But definitely, if you ask one of us to, we can! |

To clarify:we can delete posts if what you were selling has been sold, or you had a typo or something you want corrected. But we won't delete just so you can immediately re-post the same thing. You still have to wait for it to go off the board. :) |
