I used to do some super basic HTML layouts but I haven't done them in years so I am slowly getting back into it. However, I have an image I'd like to use in a layout and was curious if there was anyone who would create a layout based around said image and how much they might charge for that. I'm sure the style of layout will affect the price so I'm looking for a base price of this service of taking my image and creating a layout.
