Mod Evaluations

We have decided to try something new! In order to further improve our staff team, we would like you to do this evaluation! Each staff member has two text boxes, one for things they do well and one for things they need to improve upon. Please fill it out for each person (be honest AND mature - immature or "joke" responses will be ignored). This survey is anonymous!
