I am loving all of these so far. I also do a easy koolaid pie to take to the in-laws house. xD

It is a package of pie crust, a package of coolwhip and one package of koolaid in your picked favor. x D (I do Cherry for my husband). It is actually really good, really quick and really cheap. I gave up trying to impress those people ages ago. EDITED to add I forgot the condensed milk and add a link to the recipe so you guys wouldn't think I was nuts. lol. Easy, No Bake, Koolaid Pie

My favorite cookie this time of year is the classic shortbread cookie. I been known to use a 3 ingredient recipe to make them, and they are pretty amazing!

Melted butter

Sugar

Flour

combine ingredients into a bowl and mix until dough is thick. Then take dough and roll into a log then cut cookies for desired thickness and bake for 10 mins at 350 degrees.

I usually top them with powdered sugar once after the oven.

Everyone's cookies sounds amazing, Im definatley going to have to try a few of these on my next day off work :)

My family loves to bake during Christmas - We usually also share cookies to family, friends and those in needs. We make between 8 - 10 different kinds every year, but many of them are secret recipes that have passed down for over 12 generations. But, one of my favorite cookies we make (and won't disown me from the family!) are Thumbprint Cookies.

Thumbprint Cookies

They're very fun to make and best of all they can be baked with or without the topping of chopped nuts (we prefer Walnuts or Pecans in my house)!

To make these cookies, you can find the recipe here > http://www.marthastewart.com/339331/hazelnut-thumbprints

I'm a huge fan of Cake batter chocolate chip cookies.. My boss makes them year round and takes them down to the barn so we can all inhale them during chores.

Samoa Girl Scout Cookies!!!!!

I only made these once, but they're amazing!!! They taste just like the real thing. But they take a very long time to do (that's why I have only made them once).

Cookies: 2 sticks butter, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 cups flour, 1/4 tsp. baking powder, 2 tbsp. milk, and 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Topping: 3 cups shredded sweetened coconut, 15 oz. of soft caramels, 3 tbsp. milk, and 8 oz. of chocolate (1 1/3 cup chocolate chips)

To make cookies: Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. In separate bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder. Gradually add to creamed butter. Add milk and vanilla. Blend until combined and dough begins to come together in large pieces. Divide dough in half, pressing together to compact into 2 disks. Wrap disks in plastic wrap and chill until firm (about 1 hour). Preheat oven to 350F. Roll each disk out onto a lightly floured surface until it is 1/8-inch thick. If dough is too firm to roll out, let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes. Cut out as many cookies as possible. Place cookies on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and repeat with remaining dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Rotate baking sheet halfway through. Bake until cookies are a pale golden brown. Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.

To make topping: Spread coconut onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 10 minutes at 350F until toasted, stirring frequently to ensure even browning and that it doesn't burn. Coconut burns very easily. Remove from oven. Set aside. Melt caramels and milk together in a double boiler. Cook, stirring, until caramels are fully melted. Remove from heat and combine 3/4 of the caramel mixture with the toasted coconut in a large bowl. Carefully spread remaining caramel on top of the cooled cookies. Press on a portion of the coconut mixture. Let cookies cool for 30 minutes. If caramel mixture thickens too much at any point while pressing it onto the cookies, return it to the double boiler and warm until spreadable again. Melt chocolate in double boiler. Dip the bottoms of the cookies in the melted chocolate and place on a wax paper lined baking sheet. Use a fork to drizzle the tops with melted chocolate. Let cookies set until chocolate hardens fully.

My favorite dessert recipe I make EVERY year.

INGREDIENTS
1 reduced fat graham cracker crust
1 (1/16 ounce) package sugar-free lime gelatin (Doesn't have to be Lime! Just match with yogurt)
    1⁄4 cup boiling water
    1 (8 ounce) container fat-free whipped topping
2 (6 ounce) key lime pie yogurt (doesn't have to be keylime just match with jello!)
DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Stir in yogurt with wire whisk.
Fold in whipped topping with wooden spoon.
    Spread in crust.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
