What is YOUR favorite Christmas tradition?

Well, since Christmas is upon us, everyone has their favorite Christmas traditions to do! Mine are; Buying loads of egnog Sledding Buying presents for my horse And my all time favorite is getting a Christmas tree ^.^. what is your fav Christmas tradition to do? to do? Life aint about waiting for the STORM to pass by, it is about learning how to dance in the RAIN~ Arosa, breeding Akhal Tekes since September 2012. |

My favorite tradition was watching my parents put up the tree (silly, right? xD).But it was really spectacular when it was all finished. We have vaulted ceilings so it's a 13ft tree, and it was decorated superbly in only red and gold. Like it was out of a catalog |

My favourite thing about Christmas has always gotta be the santa sacks. No matter how old I get, I still love them. Even though they're full of junk and lollies.As for traditions. I have been trying desperately to get them to start up the tradition of going and looking at Christmas lights on peoples houses on Christmas Eve. So far it's working. Done it about 5 years in a row now :D hahah |

My favorite Christmas traditions in my family?This will sound silly, but having Christmas on Christmas day. Because this year, we had to wait for multiple reasons (mainly procrastination by the majority of my family, I was the minority and had all my presents wrapped before we got out of school for Christmas break) and it just didn't feel like Christmas. It was so boring and we couldn't even find Christmas music to listen to on the radio, which is another tradition...Decorating! I absolutely loved digging through endless boxes in my garage with Ian (and our friend, Wyatt) and picking out all the prettiest figurines to put atop the fireplace. We have a surplus of old, old, old decorations that have been in the family for generations.And, of course, the CHRISTMAS COOKIES! It's always been a huge tradition (if not an annual ritual ;D) to bake peanut butter cookies and stick Hershey's kisses on the top while they're still hot. Nautical Nonsense ❤ |
