I have just started doing simple manips. I just have a few questions. I like to use vintage images. Some have been in the public domain hundreds of years. Would I use this format. publicdomainimage.suchandsuch.com or do I have to hunt down the original artist who may have been dead for all those years. Do I have to credit my own photos. If so how do I do that?

For public domain photos, I'd probably do something like:Public domain: URL where it was foundFor your own pictures, if you have a dA account or something where they can be found, just credit that like anything else. Or just say something like:Photo taken by Aradia (#18201)As long as we can track it all back to something, you'll be good! |
