Most hated: Umbridge from HP (Literally the first person to pop into my head...)

Most loved: Dr. Derek Shepherd AKA McDreamy from Grey's Anatomy ♥

Most hated:....off the top of my head, Dr. Loveless from The Wild Wild West lol!

Most Loved: Jason Bourne (okay it's more Matt Damon but you said character and he is a close second)

Most hated: The Governor in The Walking Dead
