Just curious... I read through the upgrade help, and nowhere in there did I see that if I hadn't used the set of 50 tickets, and then bought another set in the next month that my initial set would disappear... I'm wondering if this is the case, or perhaps an error? 

To clarify, I'm pretty sure I had my htix purchased last month still on this account. I purchased another set from the store after reupgrading, which told me it was successful, and when I went to my homepage I still only have 50?

Any insight is greatly appreciated.

But if you don't buy new ones you can still sell the old ones & then buy the new ones right?! That's a thing isn't it?!

I don't believe so, Siib. After 30 days if you haven't used them, they will turn to 0.

Siib you WERE right, at one point it was a bug, where they would expire but still be there to use before you bought new ones. That has since been fixed :)

So what about if you buy tickets and then the account downgrades but you immediately upgrade it, are the tickets still at 50?

if your account goes down while you have tickets, you can still request/accept them as long as you have the link to the tickets (at least thats always worked for me in the past)

If you reupgrade before the tickets expire then the tickets will still be there, from my recent expreiences anyways.

Hey to update: just so you guys (Sam & Bin) know. Tickets are still staying on accounts after they've supposdedly expired still.
