Buy A Gender Change

I was thinking that it might be cool if there was an option to buy a gender change in the store.

1mil would be an awesome price for it, but I would be willing to pay 5mil for a gender change.

Just a suggestion.... what does everyone else think of this?

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS IDEA!!!its can be disappointing when you breed lines and have too many of one gender and have to go buy a store horse to make a pair.

Although they are quite a bit more expensive than 5mil :)

They're expensive because they're kind of like selling a game "cheat". Part of the game-play is to breed strategically so that you get good points, good breeding pairs, etc. And like with any game it doesn't ALWAYS work out how you wanted. I'm definitely not opposed to adding them to the store if that's what the majority of player want, but they'd probably be a similar price to what they are currently on the sales account. At least until we get the crazy inflation under control.

Wow. They sure are expensive, but I understand why. I didn't know there was a sales account! woohoo!

Sam- I think having the option to buy it in the store is still a good idea.... that way someone can save up the money and do it, since sola is only selling those gender changes till the end of the month.

I mentioned this in a post before but no one replied, perhaps it fits here :) It would be cool if we knew a stallions possibility to throw a certain gender.. maybe that could be a test you buy from the store, so you get him tested at a young age and it says "This stallion has a 90% chance of producing fillys" and then you know to breed him to a mare also with a filly success rate... THIS WAY you may have a better idea who to mate your horses with and if he is the horse you want to dump 3bill on to train, because you want another colt born just like him, and not so much a filly for whatever reason in your breeding program :) The tests could be expensive and another way to pull money out of the economy :3I just say this because my 2miller Cleveland bay pair just gave me 3 fillies.. and it makes me think it would have been so awesome to know by buying a "test" that they had higher chances of doing that :)

Except that it's a 50/50 chance to get either gender, so it's have to be programmed in if it were different. Maybe another fun thing for HP2 to have.

As Adranth said, there's an equal chance that you'll get one gender or the other. You getting 3 fillies is purely chance, haha. It's like flipping a coin.

ahh ok... I figured it was most likely 50/50 but it would be kinda neat if you could perhaps buy something so the chances are made higher for a filly/colt, but still not 100%? I know in real life there are stallions who tend to produce a lot more of a certain gender than others.. just an idea... I know I'd like to have it, and it would certainly pull money out the economy if there were tests or something to boost a certain gender chance..
