I don't understand the Manga Cafe stuff, like who goes out and then pays to use a computer or even just take a nap it a little box room?!

Japanese Manga fans? lol It seems like a nice thing to do on occasion, but not all the time. |

I would totally pay to go somewhere and take a nap. I am a fan of naps.
But as someone whose mobile computing ability is... limited at best (I mean I HAVE a netbook but it's pretty weak), I think it'd be fun to go out and hang out somewhere with some friends and have access to a proper computer or laptop over some coffee or tea downtown.  Link Tree |
