Picture Size

When I upload a picture, even though it is in the required measurements, it is still sized down. I just uploaded a picture on horse 182300 and it was shrunk. The original can be found here http://www.freewebs.com/houx13/Pictures/nashira3.png with the measurements 772x600. Is this a bug or something I am doing wrong?

Can i say, i used to always be told pictures where too big and i even made them over the default image (saved the pic, blanked it, make one over it) it happened all the time, but glad to say it hasn't since i came back now (: ~ This must be love I'm feeling ♥ |
