 Are there any public kennels out there that's active and feeding their charges? So far, I keep running into kennels who don't have any feed.

You can board at mine! It's free, and I will put a few hundred days of feed on your dogs so that they don't go back into negative feed :) At least not for a loooong time lol!

My stables & kennels are free and usually have quite a few spots open in each!
I only ask that players "pay board fee" so that their animals don't go into the -days paid, otherwise I do boot them to allow more space for players needing a home for their critters. :)
