I think, because your itunes library a file/files on your computer, you should be able (when you connect her ipod to the computer) to check a pop-up box that says, "transfer itunes library to ipod" or something like that. And that will transfer all the computer files/itunes to the new ipod.

Or the way I do it (because I don't want to wipe the stuff already on the "guest" ipod) is I create a guest account on my computer and make sure that the itunes library is in a "shared" folder. Then, when you login to the guest account you can hook up the ipod and it will create a brand new itunes library and you can also transfer any (or all) of the songs from your library to the one on the guest account (via the "shared documents" folder)

I hope this was not too confusing.

I would do it by flash drive. Copy all the files on your computer to the flash drive, insert in your sisters computer, and manually just plunk them in her iTunes library manually.

iTunes gets pretty ornery transferring stuff from off an iPod directly.

Yeah.. iTunes tends to delete music off devices while you're trying to transfer music. x_x
