I love this! My town is so tiny, except there are apparently Pokemon everywhere haha- I downloaded it and as soon as we got to town poke on kept jumping into the car- luckily my husband was driving :P

I've never played or know anything Pokémon but I just downloaded it and am kind of addicted now lol

I'm in the same boat, I know nothing about Pokemon. I think I'll ride this one out on the sidelines for now haha

I have my pigeot, flareon, and raticate that I evolved and I'm pretty proud of. Caught A REALLY high CP slowking. And a very ornery golbat that ate the last of my pokeballs.

My roommate and I popped downtown on our way home from grocery shopping and there were. No joke. 20 some odd people doing laps around the fountain area collecting the 8 or so pokestops. Someone dropped a lure on the fountain itself so i just sat on the edge kicking my feet in the water for a while catching Pokemon and talking to a bunch of cool people who would have never been outside otherwise.

Nothing is more hilarious than rounding a corner to see someone taking a selfie with something that isn't there.

I am kind of out of shape and haven't been much for walks since high school... an inside gamer type of person but I love love love Pokemon Go. So far I have just walked around at night a bit, and haven't found many different types yet but I did evolve a few basic ones! I am not strong enough to do gyms yet although I am level six. My town and the one right over the river are freaking out about this game and cordinating walks and adventures. We have a facebook scanner site and a lot of 40-60 year olds have been posting their concerns about "young adults" wandering the towns aimlessly looking at their phones haha. I'm team mystic

Mine finally worked today.. and I was catching a bunch.. but I have no idea what goes on with it LOL

I walked around my old community college with my dog because I heard there were growlithes and sandscrews there. There were. I got a few...I also went to the plant nursery there and got a new plant friend for 50 cents, which is very important to me. :)
I am about to go for a walk to my nearest poke stop before dinner with m dog.
i have a college degree?? This time next year I'll be legally qualified to teach high school students in special education????

I love this game and how it brings communities together! Walking by poke stops and looking up and sheepishly seeing anyone from teenagers with their parents to twenty somethings to grown adults haha. My husband and I explored our own city looking for Pokemon and we know this city well already!

i missed a ponyta today because my phone ran out of batteries. :'(

Ugggh I sooo badly want a pontya and vulpix, but I haven't found any yet. :( I finally made it to level five yesterday (I have had a lot of issues with the servers being down) so I'm going to go to the gym near my work today to pick my team! :D

I took a buzz feed quiz that said I should be team Valor, buuut yellow is my favorite color and my hubby is team instinct sooo I may have to go them. :)

there are no Pontyas near my house and it's breaking my heart haha. All I want is one! I did get a Growlithe and name it Dixie though, so not all is bad :p

The past two evenings one of our parks in town was packed with people catching pokemon!
Like there were no parking spaces free in the three parking lots for the park packed! Haha!
Hubby and I caught a Ponyta, but since then we haven't found any others.

We stopped at McDonnalds yesterday. While waiting in the drive thru 4 Pidgeys popped up. I made the joke that the reason why there were so many of them is because they were looking for french fries that may have been dropped. Hehehe... xD

I finally caved and downloaded this today. I at least got to log on and catch a weedle but then the server crashed. This is going to be fun to do while walking with my dog...

Apparently Pokemon is now available in the UK but I tried downloading it on my iPhone and it was full of advertisements every five seconds and just some really crappy mini game that I couldn't get past... No catching at all.

Is it an Android thing at the moment and Apple just haven't released it properly yet or is it just England being weird? Halp!

adei - did you download the game through the app store? the maker should be "niantic." the US version has no ads, so be careful about donwloading fake versions that might have malware on them! it's available on android and iOS. in fact there's some strange security / permissions issue with iOS versions (if you signed in through google) but Niantic says they're fixing it.
