What is your FAVORITE horse movie of all time?

I think mine is Hidalgo!

Although, I've seen lots of great ones that I'm probably forgetting at the moment.

I think Spirit is the one I watched the most, but Into The West and Hidalgo are close!
I really like the Heartland series as far as tv shows go though too! :)

It's probably a tie between Spirit and Black Beauty. :)

growing up would have had to be black beauty, the black stallion, misty, the horse whisperer, hidalgo, dreamer, spirit, flicka 1-3, war horse, secretariat, seabiscuit, national velvet, the derby stallion, a horse for danny, wild hearts can’t be broken, racing stripes, the long shot, the silver brumby, dark horse, running free, all roads lead home, the colt, two bits & pepper, the wild stallion, cowgirls n’ angels, Wildfire(tv series), Heartland(tv series), shergar, horse sense(cause who doesn’t love the Lawrence brothers?), saving Winston, all the pretty horses, flash, midnight stallion, ready to run(cause it was funny), second chances, 8 seconds(not entirely a horse movie, but good enough!).. I can’t think of anymore.

The Horse Whisperer was a little traumatic to watch now, like I can't believe I watched it as a kid haha. Fun fact though, the horse that plays Pilgram is the same horse that played Ginger in Black Beauty.

OMG YES Insom! 8 seconds although not a horse movie is amazing!! People if you have not watched I highly recommend you do. It is the story of Lane Frost who IMHO was the greatest bull rider to ever live. Being a person who followed the rodeo and is married to a former bullrider this movie and story is amazing beyond words!
