How To Move Things Lower

I'm trying my best to make my first layout and all was well until I decided to put a picture in it. The photo is 1000px by 1500 px, with 500px on the bottom the same color as the background so that I can move my writing tables down out of the picture. I have not moved them as of yet because every time I do, they get lost under the Player Info and other needed tables. How do I move those down so that I can put my writing tables where they belong?
Also, in my old layout made by someone else, there is a .page property in the css. Anyone know what this does? |

Thanks. For the moment I put a bunch of breaks at the end. I'm pretty sure I've messed up my code somewhere but I can't figure it out. Lol |

I just took a quick peek and by using "margin" attribute instead of "position" and "top" I was able to scoot it down and not have it cover up all of your player info. First thing I'd recommend is make your borders visible when you're trying to place your text areas. That way you can see where you're really putting things. You can see what I'm talking about here: http://horsephenomena.com/home.php?id=16598 |

Ah! Thank you! So it was just the table style properties that I messed up? |
