Hello there, again. I'm in need of someone to take a look at my coding and see why the text box won't stay in the position I put it in and why when in position the links inside the box won't work. Neither will the "Report" link in the player info box. I've been editing the #layout id. What am I doing wrong?

part of your problem is this "#nav {height: 1200px;" that's pushed everything below the navigation bar down 1200px. If I remember right, that was part of the original problem you were having. I don't have more time right this moment to look into other fixes but I'll check it out more later.
