I found this cutie in my tub which is upstairs so idk how he got there but I decided to keep him. lol My husband decided his name is Wrangler. not sure that it is a boy but it's what we are going with.

What a cutie! I don't uh. Generally advise keeping reptiles that you just kinda find, but. Is this a species typically kept in captivity? I've never heard of it before.

We have alot of geckos at our house....greens,reds and browns...unfortunately some get smashed in the front door...

I do agree with Chao tho, i'm not much fond of people keeping reptiles they randomly find. Could just be me and how dad brought me up though. We were forever finding blue tongue lizards and skinks in the backyard/around the house and I always wanted to keep them but dad said "no, taking them out of the wild would be cruel when they're used to such big open spaces, go and let it go outside" (we had bushland behind our house). I always tried to argue that it would be safer with me because it wouldn't get eaten by anything but he assured me that it would be fine and even if that did happen, it's just natures way and we shouldn't interfere. Lol.

After I kept strategically leaving info sheets and care sheets around the house for him to find, he did eventually let me buy a captive bred lizard (after i'd worked my butt off saving for the tank and equipment) and she was the coolest thing ever.
