I run... to the bathroom, usually. :P I'd like to start jogging, but my shins say no until I get different shoes and I can't afford it right now. |

i used to jog 4 miles a day before my gall bladder surgery :3 now im fluffy XD and my cardio is shot after have multiple cases of pnemonia xP |

寛 your certainly not a weirdo! In the summer I run barefoot.
Those that want to start jogging I highly recommend the Couch to 5k program, it introduces it gently with jog/walking til week 8/12 (depending on the the one you follow) you can do around 30 minutes without stopping |

I was looking at doing the Cough to 5km your talking about. I walk 5km each morning with my mum and thats the issue she cant run it so im restricted. But I am fidning just walking i am finding improvments. |

still active sassa, lacking in places to hike here in London otherwise I'd hike.
Zad thats still good :) I used to walk to and from the train station for college was amazing how fit I got doing that |

I'm thinking of building up my endurance when spring comes around! I'd probably just go and jog for as long as I can, walk when I need rest, and build it up til I'm just jogging. In the meantime I'm in the gym, lifting weights and pushing this sled thing around as the most punishing form of cardio I can do. http://www.escapefitness.com/uk/escape-quad-sled.html That's the exact one I use. I can run with it if I don't add any weight, but I'll add a 15kg weight on top to build strength while doing cardio. trouble is the gyms here with sleds tend to be more the body building gyms and usually dont have a sauna and are way more expensive :( |
