I personally can't listen to music with any lyrics, so I listen to albums like.... rain sounds, ocean sounds, spa music. It's not quite as distracting for me! What do you listen to?

Piano instrumentals or classical music 

Lots and lots of silence, haha.

I was on reddit the other day and someone shared their spotify Chill EDM playlist they have been working on for over 2 years.  It's pretty legit.  I play it on shuffle at work and it gets me in the groove to just pound out the paperwork.

Usually silence. I've tried listening to the classical music "study" playlists on youtube, but it honestly just distracts me more lol

I listen to my crushed dreams repeating in my head. 

Or just some Chill no lyrics EDM or nature sounds :)

Sometimes I'll listen to the easy listening station on Pandora but if I find I'm getting too distracted by the music then I usually turn it off or I'll switch to instrumental music

Movie scores are great for me.
