Does anyone know how to get rid of that space between the layout image and the text box?  It's too big of a space and looks weird with a regular picture.  I'd appreciate the help!

You can edit that in this section:

".maindiv {background-color:#a8d2b2;

height:1000px;

width:600px;

border-radius:330px top;

border:1px solid white;

box-shadow: 0 0 1em #000;

}"

You'd be adjusting the height :).

It was actually the first part of the section right below that but thanks Sam it did help!
