Is it an issue with HP or would it be with Chrome, that all my saved logins and passwords have been deleted? I'm having to redo them all and it's frustrating. x__x

I honestly think that's Chrome, Kuwait, especially since I've been having the exact same issue on other sites where that browser is required. Google did an update recently that's sort of "blocked" password saving as a way of protection of your account. I've managed to get around this by activating their Google Password Eligibility (I think that's the name?) in settings. GPE won't give you a list like other browsers or its old settings, but if you have saved the passwords in the past and have not cleared your cookies, cache or history, it will log you in automatically upon acception.

I've checked other browsers like Firefox or Internet Explorer and they don't have this issue for me on here or anywhere else, they all come up as a list as they should.

HP has gone from a unsecure connection to a "secured" one is what I've noticed, so Chrome has unsecured passwords per site and secure. I had to resave all my passwords and content. 

Also some layouts are a little messed up, but Sam said she's going to look at it tomorrow. :)

Like Insom said, it's likely because we switched over to the secure version of the site! However, the problem itself is with your broswer as HP does not actually store any of your passwords/logins for you. I know it's kind of a pain to put them back in, sorry! If anyone doesn't remember logins, you can use the lost login/password feature or message me to help recover them :).

I use chrome and have had no problems like this. however id keep a little book of all your passwords. thats what i tend to do

Ive had to redo using my phone and explorer...so it wasnt just chrome :)

But i understand the switch and this is by no means a complaint :D

I keep a spreadsheet in google docs with all my passwords/show info/training/breeding, ect. It works wonders. =D

This happened to me too! Thankfully I had just changed all of my accounts to the same password a few weeks ago for a trainer so it wasn't too difficult to get them back in order.
