My new horse needs a new name. His name is Homer and I hate it lol. It doesn't suit him at all and I just can't bring myself to continue calling him that once he comes home :P

That's where you guys come in! I suck at naming boys. I don't name my animals based on personality. It's just not something i'm into. I generally just find a name I like and run with it, unless it REALLY doesn't suit the animal.

So, throw out some names that you think suit his pretty face and i'll pick one before he comes home in 2 weeks. Winner gets $50mill! He's a 5 year old TB that is waaaay to slow and mellow for the track. He's a big sweet ol' teddy bear.

We already talked about it but yep it was in chat lmao! It was when I bought his camo halter and you suggested Hunter. I LOVED it but I wasn't sure Danny would be so keen.

I had not pitched it to Danny yet, and we were in Sydney yesterday picking up some stuff from storage and we went through Hunter's Hill which is the birthplace of danny's grandma whom he DEARLY loved. He never got on well with any of his family members except his grandma. I said it out loud as we drove past the sign post and Danny immediately perked up and said "what about that for a name? Hunter's Hill. We can call him Hunter for short. It would be a nice tribute to my grandma" and my heart melted.

To make it all the more fitting, his grandma's maiden name is Hunt.
