I have this as well (missing the Gen. 1) trophy on a bunch of horses as well. It seems it happens most frequently when multiple horses are bought from the store at once in bulk.

If you bought it recently and you don't have the Gen 1 trophy, then I will let the programmer know. A month or so ago, we did have an issue with animals not getting the trophy if they were bought in multiples, like FWF said! But that is now fixed. Please send me any animals which don't have the proper trophies and I will fix them manually :).

Doods...There's definitely a news post about this...If you are missing trophies, message me the IDs and what they should have and I'll fix it :P

Part of the glitch was when people were buying from the store in bulk...only the first one of the bulk order ended up with the Gen 1 achievement for a week or two until the programmer fixed it.
