Well.. I'm no expert.. haha :P I used to only eat junk 90% of the time, now I eat alot more healthy foods, plus cook my own dinners etc. no take aways! Moving to a country town, where there are no fasts foods, helped alot I suppose. I would avoid all the "low fat" "99% fat free" premade meals.. go for FRESH foods! Start small and experiment.. different fruits and veggies, cooked in different ways. You can still make your junk food healthy too, in a way! Homemade pizza? Home made burgers? Do you consume any fruit and veg?

I just follow the rule of starting from scratch with fresh and natural foods as much as I can :) And I believe in the food triangle, not cutting anything out of your diet. Just consuming less of the not so healthy stuff.

Maybe you've just had them prepared wrong? If you message me I can give you a couple different recipes for making different vegetables taste good. I love all kinds of veggies, but I have a few family members who don't.Also, are you ever eating salads? That's a great way to sneak things into your diet that you wouldn't normally eat. Stay away from iceberg lettuce and get a bag of mixed greens, throw on some carrots and tomatoes and you're set! Also if you're making a sauce (like marinara) get out the food processor and food process things like carrots, celery, mushrooms, spinach (you seriously won't be able to taste ground spinach in anything you eat), etc. into it. It'll add texture, and you probably won't even know it's there, especially if you sautee it in the meat pan while you're browning the meat.Umm, and lastly, just try different things. You might like arugula but not kale, and you might find that you love broccoli, but hate Brussels sprouts. No one likes everything. Are carrots and potatoes the only veggies you're eating at all or just on a regular basis? What others have you tried? Are you eating fruits? Oh, and do you take a multi-vitamin?

I have the same problem! I barely eat veggies/fruit, I just REALLY don't like it.I resort to multivitamin shakes and stuff like that though. It's weird how I like strawberry jam for example but don't like them as a whole D:PS: Blackfire, wth with that signature?! xD

Have you tried eating them in very small amounts? Maybe having mostly carrots and jsut a few green beans, then more carrots. Perhaps if you ease yourself into new veggies in tiny amounts it won't be as bad? Just a thought:)

make smoothies! you can find any recipes online that have the weirdest compilation of fruits and veggies but taste so yummy! i do this a lot since i dont usually eat whole meals, so its easy to get vitamins and minerals at one time :).
