This may just be on my end but I tried it on my computer and my phone and got the same results so idk? 

I try to accept a bid on an upgrade and it walks me through the paypal thing and I even get to a confirmed screen and then nothing. The upgrade auction is still there and I haven't received an email from paypal about the purchase. 

I tried on my laptop and phone and with a debit card and then a different bank account so I'm not sure what is going on. 

just got an email from paypal but the upgrade is still open in the auction 

it shows on my paypal account that it has been paid three different times....

Okay so I'm not the only one! I sent Sam a message. 

I've got recipts showing on my paypal now but the auction is tstill there 

Sam will ask for trans codes and will get everything fixed! Happened to me a few times too...ive been upgrading people since upgrades were a thing! Ive done 100s and 100s of them!

Oh and you guys can always check your events on your page instead of trying multiple times...everytime you upgrade it will show on your events that you upgraded and what player...

Sorry peach! it says that it only upgraded my account once in my events! I hope you guys get this sorted out! 

Next time don't click multiple times! I did that this morning with the horse bucks, thank goodness I got all 40 but it took like an hour or so before I noticed they'd finally shown up.

Give it time and see if it sorts itself out before you click again, or jsut go straight to Sam! Sorry the system glitched on you though, it's never fun!

Just so everyone knows, this will happen if you have multiple tabs with HP open while you're doing upgrades! Make sure that you only have on HP tab open at a time, and especially that you're only logged into one account at a time.

Sometimes an upgrade WILL go through and it can take awhile to finish up if there's a lag between HP and PayPal, but almost always upgrades are instant.
