How long roughly does it take to get your twins from the retired breeding reward? I'm guessing that they must be manually made/coded?

You're going to have to explain this one a little bit better, at least for me.

You bought a retired breeding correct? That does not automatically give you twins or the award for twins.

I'm not sure about using the twinning potion while also using a retired breeding. I think You'd have to message Sam about that to have her mantually send through both items.

If you didn't use a twinning potion I don't think you'll get twins, and if you didn't get 2 foals at one time then they're not considered twins either.

If you DID get two foals at the same time I believe the achievement should come in when the server resets that night and the achivement should appear the next day.

Just clarfying did you buy the Twinning poition retirement breeding in the cash shop?

To my knowledge if you did the twins should be instantly on your account.

Sky if you didn't get the twins then you need to contact Sam. With that item they should have appeared instantly.

Sky - This question is a little unclear, but I will do my best to explain it; although it appears that Zad and Siib have already done so, but hopefully I am still of help.

All items in the Cash Shop that are purchased - with the exception of the Custom Pairs, I believe - are all automatic and will happen instantly after being purchased; you should see the foals immediately after breeding your desired horse pair, unless there is a technical issue. All awards/achievements that a players gains are accounted with 24 - 48 hours. If neither of these have shown on your page within this time you need to contact Sam about it to get it fixed.

You state that Sam has not replied to your last message, but please keep in mind that she is quite busy and will get to you as soon as she can; she may be fixing this same issue if other players are experiencing the same difficulty as you. It is always best to message her with the issue(s) at hand again, just in case she didn't catch it the first time :)

Sky I would message her again and I would title the message wit your issue (HPD purchase failure) or something of the sort so she knows what the issue is.

She's got a lot of updating that she's doing right now and her inbox probably stays pretty full on here but I'm sure she'll get to it as soon as possible!

I just Did a breeding through the normal retirement breeding cash shop item and it did go through immediately. When I did it with the twins option it sat at the "be patient while your foals are being born" then nothing happened after awhile so I clicked home. Wondering if it broke the loading chain by doing so now
