I am a big fan of classic vehicles that come in all shapes, colors and sizes; while I have been doing general photography for almost 16 years, I have only done classic car photography for about three years now. I have just returned today from one of the biggest main event sessions I attend in my spare time: The 44th Annual Turkey Rod Run. For those wondering why it is called this, the Rod Run is deemed as the second largest 4-day show in the United States, exhibiting over 6,000 - 8,000 classic cars from every state; the event opens on "Turkey Day" {Thanksgiving} and ends on a Sunday. This show has attracted ethnicities from around the globe with spectators from Spain, Germany, the U.K., even Iceland to attend the event. The Turkey Rod Run is one of my favorite shows next to the Spring Fling in March and the Christmas Cruise three weeks from now in December.

As many of you know, I have torn ligament in my foot which made this quite difficult. I was able to stay a maximum of five hours, but none the less I got some great shots from the Rod Run, which you can see below:
