Coding Issue

Sooooo I'm having trouble getting one of the patterns from colourlovers.com to cover my entire background. Since I don't know anything about coding, I use ToxicScribble's handy layout generator for my simple coding needs. But what little tinkering I did didn't do anything for me. So anyone who could help me out, please shoot me a message. Thanks!
