I dunno how many of you remember this, but on HL, someone was running an account that organized players into different show-making groups on different days. People joined and were assigned a date on which to create shows. I do remember this helping to ensure each day had a certain amount of shows available. Do you think this could work here? Is it even necessary?

Bumping for you. I don’t know that it would make much of a difference, I don’t keep track of my horses points really other than making sure they get to 1mill which never seams to be an issue. I do keep track of points when working on project horses, but generally I am more worried about entering private shows and getting tix than finding unflooded public shows. However, if this did become a “thing” and many people were jumping on board, I wouldn’t mind signing up to do my shows on a certain day. I’ll be curious to hear what others think about this.

Well last time that i was late I remember hardly having any shows on (4¿) december... I could just manage to get in 20 shows by making them off my own accounts and  partner accounts.  Id love either more shows, maybe automated?, like atleast for 2 weeks up front and maybe this could prove an option when really neccesary. I could join!  So far though I did not encounter any problems reaching atleast 1 mill, though there are times that  my horses only get to 1.1 mill  while others, trained later the week usually, get to 1.4 mill. 

This is a great idea if you could get enough people to commit and stay to a schedule.  I did notice recently that there weren't a whole lot of shows running Mondays and Tuesdays so I've started making my personal 40 shows for those days. ☺

I recall there being a ‘Public Show Alliance’ or something... who ran it I have no idea but I seem to remember shows on Monday’s were few and far between on HL. I’d be happy to join something like this for public shows!

Goth, Sam did add more public shows but unfortunately has stated that having the system make more would be too much for it to keep everything running smoothly on change overs so it’s really on us to make to happen! 

Im pretty bad about making my shows on a schedule but I do make them.

I noticed this Sunday when I was manually entering my horses into the next day's shows that there was 17 pages of public shows, which is like, the most I have ever seen on one specific day...

I spread mine out through all the accounts. 1st account in 2 days, 2nd account in 3 days, 3rd account in 4 days, and just keep extending by one day every account. I've always thought it might be helpful instead of making all on one day, but if there was a need for them on a certain day count me in, I could do that!

I got this idea because of memory of course, but also because two players I spoke with had complained about their animals' point gain being very low. I also find that my animals gain more points if I train later in the week, which is probably because most shows run Wednesday-Sunday, sometimes until Monday.

Personally, I don't have many accounts of my own, but because I deal with Zad's shows, I tend to make all public ones run on the following Monday, since Monday used to be lacking in shows. Now it's not so much the case; instead I notice that Tuesdays can be low on shows. I think it would make sense that a person's shows be divided into batches of 10. Say you have a total of 50 accounts, you'd spread the public shows over 5 days, 10 shows per day.

That said, I'm going to go make a new thread where everyone should post how many shows they can make and then I can get around to dividing it all. I'll link it below.
