Horse Breeding?

This is my 1st time in years playing hp that I stuck to horses this long aha I always give up at 4 years old lol but anyways, what age is the best time to do breedings? Age? What time (hp time) should I breed them so they age sunday like the rest?

18 and 20. when i breed for the final i do it the day before they turn 21 so the get as points as possible though some do it the day the turn 20.

Yeah, usually 18 and 20 and then I always delete one of the foals that way I don't accidently inbreed sometime down the road. You will never have to worry if you inbreed if you only keep one foal from each pair. If you want them to always age sundays, any time 12 am sunday up until midnight when it turns monday ;) shows run at 1 am HP time so if you want to wait until after that then the foal will have a tiny bit more points but not that much of a difference. I've just always done 18yrs and 20yrs with my horses, and I only have one breeding partner per horse so it minimizes the risk of inbreeding as to one mare who has three foals with three different sires compared to a mare who has three foals, all with one sire. After the final breeding I discontinue any training and retire the horse. And I always breed on the day the horses age. So the final breeding would occur on the sunday that the dam/sire turn 20. So in my case there really isn't a huge point difference from the first foal to the second since, the parent's 19th year is the only training year in between the breedings.
