HEY Y'ALLLLL,

I got a Le Creuset Casserole Dish for Christmas and I wanted to have a play so I was looking around in my cupboards to see what I could make soooo I made a one pot chicken & mushroom pasta dish which turned out to be absolutely delicious and I'm now obsessed! It's super simple, lol.

You'll need:

- Rapeseed Oil
- Garlic Cloves
- Chicken Stock Cube
- Chicken Breast (Diced) (I used chicken breast strips because they're just easier to prepare)
- Button Mushrooms (Sliced)
- Small Brown Onion (Diced)
- Garden Peas (I used frozen)
- Paprika
- Mixed Herbs
- Rosemary
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Dried Pasta

Method:

1. Fry off your diced chicken in the pot before adding the diced onions, mushrooms and garlic clove (I used 3/4 of a clove and grated it into the dish but you can dice it/cut it/do whatever you want with it!). Add your mixed herbs and rosemary at this stage and simmer gently for five minutes or so. At this stage I added a little bit more oil to the pot and 2 tbsp's of paprika (feel free to add more! I actually added more later in the recipe just because I loooove Paprika)

2. Add 100ml of chicken stock, the frozen peas and worcestershire sauce to the pot, stir and cover for 10 - 15 minutes on a slightly lower heat. Add salt and pepper to taste.

3. Add dried pasta to the pot (I've used Fuseli but you could use any variety).

4. Cover and simmer on a medium heat for between 10 and 15 minutes and stir occasionally.

Hopefully this makes sense and if you make let me know what you think!
