Looking to start writing. Because my brain is flooded with thoughts, good and bad but mostly bad. I'd like something online that I can use, or a PC program. What do y'all use? I'm willing to check out anything!!

I have an anon twitter that I post a lot of thoughts on, but I need something more private. I don't want to hand write bc I have carpal tunnel and writing hurts more than typing.

I also have a Tumblr but that still is too public for the crazy thoughts going through my head.

Any recommendations welcome :D

What about just using a notepad or Word? I have a Mac so I'm not really familiar with the new PC systems/apps.

I think this is a great idea. I think free writing is a wonderful way to figure out what you truly want/need/think/feel.

thanks sass! i kind of just want it to be more organized, you know, like a diary or journal, instead of just documents on my computer.

-has flashbacks to xanga-

When I am not putting pen to paper I prefer to use google drive.  That way I always have access from any device when the writing bug hits me. ☺  They are only public if you set them to be so it can be as private as you want!

OH MY GOD XANGA AND LIVE JOURNAL.

Google drive is honestly perfect for that sort of thing. I use google drive for EVERYTHING. I have code backed up on there, my resume, my monthly budgeting notes...

You can also set up a Blogger blog and set it to private so only you can see it!

You can create a private password Tumblr on the same account as your public one. Or you can set up a Wordpress and set that to super private. :)
