Hey guys! So I used to play on HP a lot like a year or two ago until I became active again recently. Well I have two other accounts (not including this one) that I cant remember the login info too. Is there anyway I can get those deleted so they wont count as my 5 un-upgraded accounts? Thanks! 

If you message Sam she should be able to do that for you. I have had her delete accounts for me in the past. :-) Or maybe she can help you recover the login infomation? Check with her! :-)

To have them deleted you'd need to at least know the secret question answer. Sam may have other requirements but definitely message her.

You could always have them banned instead of permanently deleted.  If they are banned they don't count towards your 5 basic limit, but you can reopen them in the future if you would like. ☺

If you know the ID you can always do forgotten password and type in the ID.  It will send it to the registered email. ☺
