Graphic Auction Bug

I dunno if this has happened previously, but after I had accepted a bid for a graphic and was about to send the final image I tried to upload it and I got an error saying the bid was not accepted (which was weird cause I wasn't bidding I was just sending the file) But then a message appeared in my inbox saying I had finalized the auction and it messaged the buyer notifying them but they never actually received the file. Kind of a serious bug and I dunno if I'll use the auction feature any time soon if it continues to do that. I don't want to inconvenience any of my buyers :(

This has been going on for quite some time, making the auctions a bit riskier than I'm sure the admins originally had in mind. You can basically send absolutely nothing and still "finalize" the auction to get the money bid on your graphic. However, I haven't heard of a single case where the artist selling the graphic hasn't then messaged the buyer asking for changes and/or sending the url to the final image.Basically, it's kind of a trust thing and the buyers have 7 days after their bid is accepted to report it to the mods if they get scammed. Otherwise, you're out of luck. Nautical Nonsense ❤ |

It happened with my image auctions, it's why i make sure I always send the file in a message after the final upload no matter what the message says. :3  |

Sams aware of the glitchyness of the Graphics Auctions, and it's basically so buggy that it's not worth fixing the bugs individually. What her plan is, is to eventually revamp the whole graphics auctions. Basically have it rewritten from the ground up. But until then there are some problems to deal with when using it. |

I just finalized an auction and sent the file. Here's what I got: http://fc04.deviantart.net/fs70/f/2014/268/c/9/wut_by_aquaslullaby-d80gkp4.png I also got an automatic message saying that it's been finalized and at the end of the message it has "Here is the graphic you sent: http://www.horsephenomena.com/"  |

Aquata, I get that message too. It really doesnt affect anything, you still get the money and as long as you send the buyer their image, everything is good :) |
