Not sure if this was ever discussed, so if it was I apologize for the duplicate. But I've always been super interested in horse color genetics and was wondering if it had ever been a thought to add to HP? I ask because I know there are a few games out there with this feature and seeing a visual representation of a color was pretty cool. However, I know they also have someone to do artwork for every color combination (and with horses, there are quite a darn few), so maybe I'm answering my own question as to why it's never happened.

But, for the sake of an answer, would it ever be something HP might get or think about?

I feel like it would take away from the freedom to get random art from the auctions. Or fun colors. Like yeah it wouldn’t matter but still, kind of defeats the purpose.

That I didn't consider. I love the auctions for that reason, but maybe with the option of choosing a custom photo or the HP "default" and the default is whatever color your horse is? I dunno, it was just a thought. Those were always things I was interested in in general, and it was fun to breed for different colors and combinations.

I'm pretty sure adding in a genetic component was one of the foundations of the HP: Evolutions game, but I'm not sure if that's still happening or not

 I loved the gene aspect of the game from Spiffy Horse and wouldn't mind not having a choice in coat colors from the graphic auctions.

Horse coat color is something I don't think about much in HP because you can just make up whatever you want. But that has its fun too. I can just always have blue roan Nokotas 5eva and eva which is not a problem for me!

It would be cool! But I do feel like I'd struggle to find graphics to fit certian horses if I do personalized photos.
