I would love a better way to sell private shows. I sell my horse shows every week and unfortunately I have had problems with people reserving them and then waste them and not pay me. Maybe if the entry fee could be higher and serve as the price per spot?

Hey Sunday, sorry you're having bad luck with shows :( Sometimes people forget which shows they have reserved. I know I'm guilty of this sometimes myself. I suppose my best suggestion is to check in with whoever has your shows and see if they still want them?

As for the entry fee, it charges the player for every horse/dog they enter in that show. So if they have two spots set at a $500 entry fee, you'd get $1000 on top of what they're paying for the spots. I know the entry fee is editable, so you can make it higher. I'm just not sure how high it goes.

The entry fee goes up to 3k, so unfortuantely a lot less than show spots go for.

I will say that, as someone who unforutnately causes some headache with buying spots, I tend to forget at the beginning of the week because things get so hectic. MOST of my private show providers are the bomb.com and message me when my shows are made so that I can enter and wait for me to send in payment so they know they can go through and accept.

If you haven't tried doing that, it's the only suggestion I've got. I don't know if it would be posible to set the price range higher for private shows versus public shows without causing some issues.

I just started makign my shows avaliable, and will now start messaging my players to let them know they are up due to siibs comment =)

When I make mine, I message everyone in in them letting them know they're up and to send over payment and let me know when they're in. If the miss a week without telling me I let it go because things happen, but I'd give them a warning if they missed a second time.

You could also maybetry something like having them pay for a month in advance?

I sell my horse spots to 3 different people and once I get payment from someone, that's when I'll go through and accept their horses into the show
