Okay! So I've seen a lot of people talking about wanting better management over their acocunts, training, private shows, ect. I've also had people joke about "I need a spreadsheeet" a lot, so Siib to the rescue (jk, jk).

I have three differen't spreadsheets that I use to help myself manage my 30 accounts, 30 animal groups in training, and over 750 private show spots! Got your attention yet? I sure hope so! Below I am providing thel ink to my Google Drive where I've taken the time to upload three blank templates that you guys should be able to download, edit, and use for yourselves!

A few things to note:

(Account Sheet)
I no longer keep track of my ticket dates, I simply buy them on the Sunday/Monday that I make shows and they're available again. With 30 accounts it no longer became worthwhile to me to login and get them on the exact day they were due again. The use column is for me to keep track of what breed is on that account, OR what player I'm letting use it for training. This has all but been phased out for me as I now I have a separate training sheet.

(Training Sheet)
I do not keep track of my breeding dates. I've just gotten into the habit of going through on Sundays/Mondays and checking all of my groups. If you notice on my main, I also have a "breeding reminders" group that I send a line of paints too once they're 2 weeks out from their final breeding.

(Private Show Sheet)
I mention sorting this sheet in a very specific manner. If you find that you want to sort it in that way but do not know how, please message me for help!

If you want a sheet for literally anything else HP related, message me! These are the sheets I found I needed but I'll be happy to make more templates if anyone finds they'd be helpful. I can also help you design tables for your pages (yes with fancy CSS and all) if you want that for training or whatever. Just shoot me a message on that as well.

Few extra tips because I'm forever adding onto these sheets for my own purpose:

• I've added in a "requested" column onto my private show sheet.
• My training sheets are both separated by colors now to define accounts a little easier for me (regular trianing: http://prntscr.com/j1bjhe / private shows: http://prntscr.com/j1bhw2). This is literally to help me be able to differentiate groups a little easier.
• Reno added in a formula to count down the days on her upgrades (at least I think that's what she told me it was for) on the account sheet (because things on my accounts change so frequently I didn't add in any formulas for myself but just so you know it can be done).

💕 Doin' my best. Making spreadsheets kept me busy for a couple hours. I am currently trying to think of any other possible situations on HP that might require a spreadsheet I could add to my template group. So if you have any suggestions at all, don't hesitate to let me know!

I'm just glad people are getting some use out of them! I actually had 3 separate documents and merged them all together (like the one above) because I finally decided to make my life easier by just a hair.

Also for other columns I had on the account sheet: 

Horse & Dtix - I would mark when they came in and who bought them. But since I use my own more often than not it just became pointless. 

Upgrades - I used to track their dates but since I do all my own upgrading it just kinda made me shrug. I just upgrade when I see they need to be done and sell one or two less that week. Which is why I no longer track my upgrade dates.

These sheets are literally the ones I use, so everyone will need to change things here and there.

I also am happy to create your spreadsheets custom for you for a relatively small amount. :) I use these as my base templates but can add in anything you need.
