Lupoid Onychodystrophy

My 11 year old Retriever Jasper has just been diagnosed with Lupoid Onychodystrophy and I was wondering whether anyone here might have heard of or come across this disease before? Our vet seems a bit clueless and has requested the help and advice of a specialist; all they've managed to tell us at this point is that any treatment will be very costly. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks. |
