Dude yes 110% - can't fall asleep without it usually.

I've been using an Om mantra to get to sleep recently. It really helps. But I can't sleep with background sounds. lol

Yeah I have to have either an ASMR video or track playing on loop or a white noise/nature sounds track playing.

My favorites are roleplays, usually medical or spa/haircut-related.
