I'm wanting to buy a layout for my main account, I'm planning on using this layout for the very long term, so I want it to be really cool and beautiful. Based of off graphic and coding prices, would 100 mill to 150 mill be about the price range custom layouts are going for? 

It depends on what you are going for? Most go for around 200 million.  I've seen some for 75-100 million but they aren't as common . Keep an eye on the graphics auctions and you'll probably find a good deal. 

Also hit up Mixx - Mixx is super talented and her prices are very reasonable! 

I have to agree with what Con said. I would defintiely keep saving and in the mean time, keep an eye on the auctions! :)
