I got some Brabant stock off a commercial stock site free trial a while ago, but looking at some of the art on this site, there's so many artists who could do it more justice than me. That got me thinking, would hiring someone else to make me an image with that stock be ok, or does that fall outside of my rights with those photos?

A lot of the agents I work with will buy commercial stock and send it in for me to edit and upload to their websites. I think given that you own the rights to the stock, and you'll be the one using the stock in the end, it should be okay to have a 3rd party alter it. You could always look at any licences/terms & conditions associated with the stock photos
