What exactly is a Halloweenie?

Several breeds on HP are made-up/limited edition. Haloweenies are limited eidition (made-up) breed from (you guessed it 😉) Halloween. These breeds can be purchased all year long in the cash shop but otherwise are only available during select seasons (I believeeeee they're available during certain points of the year at least, could be wrong as I'm not really involved with any of the limited editions). 

halloweenies are halloween dachshunds basically or at least thats my interpretation 

also they can be purchased in the cash shop all year around :)
