After your image url and before the closing bracket you put in either/or height=xx width=xx :)

Also make sure when you're changing the height and width in the coding that you still make it the right proportions...otherwise it may warp weird or stretch out!

I usually do percentage resizing rather than px resizing in coding for exactly the reason blitz is warning about. Much easier to avoid warping the image that way.

^ I get around that by only changing one or the other if I do it in the coding, but good tip for less-coding savvy people!
